Company History
elliottdavies was formed following a merger of the two practices previously
known as Lewis-Elliott and Davies & Associates. By combining the respective
strengths of these companies which boasted over 30 years experience in
this field, we are now able to offer our clients an all round service
which is second to none.
We are authorized High Court Enforcement Officers appointed by the Department
of Constitutional Affairs.
The company is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and we hold
a Licence under
the Consumer Credit Act 1974. We comply with the requirements of the R.I.P.A.
Act 2000 and Human Rights Legislation.
Directors
Our senior directors, Chris Elliott and Malcolm Davies are High Court
Enforcement Officers and prior to their appointments were sheriff's officers
for many years covering the shrievalties of Northumberland, Durham, Tyne
& Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick upon Tweed.

upon Tyne. As well as being a High Court Enforcement Officer and committee
member of the Association, Chris is a certificated Bailiff and member
of the Enforcement Services Association. |
Malcolm Davies F.Inst.L.Ex. In addition
to being a High Court Enforcement Officer and certificated Bailiff,
Malcolm has been a member of the Association of British Investigators
as well as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives for many
years. |
Our Staff
All elliottdavies staff are highly trained professionals, including High
Court Enforcement Officers, Bailiffs , Court Enforcement officers and
Investigators skilled in handling both Private and Corporate cases.
