WE WILL VISIT AND INFORM
YOU OF THE DATE OF EVICTION |
We recognise that speed of eviction is paramount
as once a tenant has defaulted under the possession order any delay can
have a significant financial impact due to lost rent.
This development has arisen due to changes in the Civil Procedure Rules
which came into force on 15th October 2001.
Our Service
On receipt of the writ and following transfer from the landlord our specialist
staff will attend the premises in question and give the occupants a seven
day notice to vacate. Unless the matter is stayed by the court
or the person(s) for whom we are acting , eviction will
take place on the seventh day.
Charges are levied according to our standard tariff and if you require
a locksmith we can arrange this on your behalf.
