The House of Lords yesterday evening approved the legislation* for new court fees, which includes a 10% increase in issuing a High Court writ, from £60 to £66. This will be implemented on Monday, the 25th July 2016 and relates to writs of control, delivery and possession.
Please be assured that we will honour the £60 fee on all existing instructions and the increased fee will only apply to new instructions received from Monday 25th July.
