Russ has a pivotal role in the company as he has overall responsibility for the Quality levels that we have to attain and also ensuring that we meet our obligations to clients in relation to Compliance.
His key duties include Management systems, governance, risk and complaints.
Russ was responsible for implementing ISO9001 in 5 months, a significant achievement as this would usually take double the amount of time. Probably one of the first within the industry to have certification to the new standard.
Court Enforcement Services has a low level of debtor complaints (complaints ratio 0.355% – complaints to visits made June 2014 5o May 2015). Utilising best practice and his past experience, Russ developed and introduced the complaints process.
